Warwickshire County Council: Kenilworth Station

Equib undertook a facilitated risk workshop with the project’s key stakeholders to ensure risks and mitigations were both captured to increase the likelihood of project success.

Project:

The £12m scheme is promoted by Warwickshire County Council (WCC) as part of the NUCKLE project and will provide a new station at Kenilworth and new shuttle service between Coventry and Leamington Spa.

The purpose of the project is to seek to significantly enhance rail access for the residents at Kenilworth, support economic development of circa 33,000 new jobs in the sub-region, reduce overcrowding on Cross Country trains, and support future development of an electric local train service.
